I am back and it is not what your giving up!
Well I have been on a blogging hiatus. I AM BACK. I have decided I am changing the way I do things a little. Since I have not made much progress in the last few months it is now time to kill it. I am taking a different approach to things. The last few months I have been learning about the body on a more scientific note. I have been breaking things down and figuring out exactly what it is that my body needs. So now I know a lot more, I have changed the way I exercise and have decided to start training for a half marathon again. But this time myself and one of my cohortz in the buisness are turning me into a science experiment. I have learned a lot about how distance running actually breaks down muscle tissue. This being said, I still can't stay away from it. Through my training I will use this blog to have a place my friend/fellow trainer, we'll call her my trainer from here on out just for the sake of not explaining it every time, but a place for her to follow my daily activities, food log, sleep habits, training routines, ect. I am excited to follow the changes in body fat % and the scale. LET'S SEE WHAT CAN HAPPEN!!
